How many hosts will be at my party?

For small groups we usually send 2 to 3 hosts. For bigger parties we bring more staff, so every part of the party runs smoothly and safely.

How far in advance should I book a kids party?

For weekends and holidays we recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead. Last minute parties are sometimes possible, depending on staff availability, so it never hurts to ask.

How does the deposit work?

Once the party details and final price are confirmed, a 50% deposit secures your date. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel, but you can reschedule to any date within the next 3 months at no extra cost.

Is the birthday cake included?

No. We run the cake moment, gathering everyone, leading the birthday song and organizing a group photo, but the family brings the cake. We can arrange a cake for you at extra cost.

What happens if it rains?

We move the games indoors or adjust them to the space you have. If your venue is fully outdoors, we agree a backup plan together in the planning meeting before the party.

Do you host parties outside Bangkok?

Yes, anywhere in Thailand, including Pattaya, Hua Hin, Phuket and Chiang Mai. The only extra charges are transport, a hotel if needed, and extra time for long distance events.

Do we keep the decorations?
